Individual work means holistic approach to everyday practices in order to create better and more productive life. Spectrum of activities includes advices for healthy diet, exercising, yoga, proper respiration, walking in nature, hiking etc. including practical help like preparing healthy meals.
Combination of psychophysical method through yoga techniques and life coaching approach creates space for oriented and harmonic personal development that enables a person to establish healthy habits and achieve his/her own potentials. This approach is successfully carried out with many students and professional athletes.
