Yoga nidra & harp became as summer inspiration with harpist Željka Milošević. Joint yoga vacation accompanied by harp, inspired us to record a CD that would provide, people who are already familiar with yoga and those who are not, guided relaxation with sound of harp.
Yoga nidra is yogic technique of deep relaxation, which benefits are confirmed by contemporary scientific findings in neuropsychological domain. Through 20 minute relaxation one enters a state at the border of being awake and being asleep, known also as an alpha state, which refreshes psyche, calms emotions, frees body and mind of piled up stress and energises them. The sound of harp has additional beneficial effect on psyche, and the whole process leads to better physical, mental and emotional health.
